Health Evaluation Session
This is square one. Before we do anything else I want to know your complete health history, going alllll the way back to when you were a kid. Do you remember what you ate for breakfast? Yep, that’s actually on my questionnaire…
In this health evaluation session we turn over all the stones. I want to know everything so we start with a few forms to get the download. Before we meet I review everything - health history, your current health and any additional data so we can have a detailed discussion and together put the pieces together.

This is a super informal, come as you are, grab your favorite bevvie and join us if you can kinda deal. Each week we meet, Megan has a short n' sweet lesson to kick us off. Then we spend the rest of the time chatting, sharing, answering questions, helping you get going in the right direction for the week. Happy Hour is every other week on Mondays at noon, Central time.
