• 1 chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • sea salt


Heat skillet over medium heat and add water and a pinch of salt. When the water begins to bubble, place chicken breast in the pan and cook about 4 minutes per side. To check to see if done, cut into middle. Chicken should be cooked through and white with no pink. When done, remove from skillet and set aside to cool. Once cool, you can slice to add to a stir fries, soups or salads.
