What if the real cause of aging is something we can prevent? Something we have more control over than we think…
You know the saying, “you are what you eat”…
Well….it’s not quite so simple.
You can be eating all the right things, but….
If you’re not digesting, absorbing, and getting the nutrients inside your cells…
It’s like doing all the work and not getting any of the credit.
There’s a lot more to eating than just the what.
The how is just as important.
How are you eating?
How is your digestion?
How well are you able to absorb the nutrients in your food?
How flexible are your cell membranes to allow the good stuff in?
It’s alllllll just as important (actually more important) than what’s on your plate.
The Real Cause of Aging
Hippocrates said, “all disease begins in the gut.”
And part of what he was referring to was dis-ease by malnourishment.
Nutrients are the fodder in the tank fueling our energy, the building blocks for making new cells and tissues, the information coding what are cells are doing…
If we don’t have enough, we’re running at a deficit.
That shows up like….
- low energy/fatigue
- muscle aches
- joint pain
- slow healing
- poor concentration/focus/memory
- brain fog
- hair loss
- feeling cold
- dry skin
- weight gain
- muscle loss
You think, “agh, I’m just getting old…”
And (have you noticed?) you’re hearing it earlier and earlier… in our 50s, 40s, 30s…
You’re not just getting old.
It’s not an aging problem…
It’s a fodder problem.
It’s a building block problem.
It’s an information problem.
It’s a nutrient problem.
