1. Open your Gmail and click on the “Promotions” tab.
2. Use the search bar to find an email from “Megan” “Megan Adams Brown” or “info@norulesnourishment.com” and drag it to the “Primary” folder by clicking and holding it, then moving the cursor to the first “Primary” tab.
3. A yellow pop up box will appear to ask if you want all future messages from Megan. Click YES.

Three Steps to Make Sure you Don’t Miss an Email

Click the check box to select the email and then click and drag the email to the Primary tab.

You should see the email in the primary tab in your inbox.
