Over a decade ago, I was inflamed, swollen, and hurt like hell.


At 22, fresh out of school at UT, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was crippling my joints.

I went to alllll the functional medicine doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, body workers... (think of a type of healer, I've seen em!) looking for answers. It led me to become a certified health coach and functional health practitioner. So when I have clients who feel as crappy as I did...I know how to get them back on track. The result? Getting back to feeling like yourself--a heck of a lot faster than I did.
