Between now and Day 1 of our official RESET week, use the resources below to get yourself going. Nothing too intense - flip through the recipe book, meal plan and snack list - check em out. Have a look at the checklists and guides and get a feel for what you're in for.
The main thing I really want you to read and spend more time with first is the PRE-RESET Checklist. There are a few things in there that you'll really benefit from if you can check them off early. That checklist will guide you to your next steps.
Bottom line: The more you can put into preparing for your RESET the better set up you'll be to fly through these 5 days like a piece a cake... or should I say healthy chocolate truffle instead of cake since that's in the recipe book...
I know changing up the way you do things for a week isn't easy. Easy this is not. It's going to take intention, time, effort and will. But I can tell you - all that - it's going to be so worth it.
